Turning 40...

Sometimes, even if u get an urge 2 blog & talk about the latest book that flies (or not) off the shelves, the latest CD that rocks your world, the newest exhibition @ the museum that fucking swept u off your feet, the freshest super-hero flick that u've been dreaming about since u were a little kid or the weirdest people u saw on the subway on your way back home from work, u need 2 (and u must) get back 2 the basics of life. U need 2 talk about the stuff that really really really matters. And that's why i chose 2 put it all aside 2nite and write about my wife turning 40...


Wow! 40 can be a scary number u know when it comes 2 dealing with the aging process, especially when it comes 2 women...

For some reason, reaching 40 seems 2 b a turning point in one's life, but i choose 2 look at it differently. No matter what age u reach, u need 2 focus on the things that really make u happy. Happiness is the key 2 survival. U need 2 live your life 2 the fullest... After all, age is just a number!

READ A BOOK - MEDITATE - EXERCISE - LISTEN 2 MUZIK - SLEEP : these r things that we need 2 keep in mind in our constant & never-stopping quest 4 HAPPINESS...

i love my wife very dearly & i would like 2 thank her 4 everything she does 4 us @ home. Taking care of 3 boys (yes, i included myself in the list) is a lot 2 deal with and hats off 2 her 4 doing such a terrific job & making sure that our lives r on the roll.

i love u 4ever : my love 4 u is a river that will never stop running...

i wish u another gazillion 40 years of everything u deserve...
